All set for 2nd Friendship Cup Football Festival in Cagayan de Oro

 READY TO KICK BALLS. LOCAL FOOTBALL COACHES AND REFEREES DURING THE DRAWING OF LOTS FOR THE 2ND FRIENDSHIP FOOTBALL FESTIVAL SET ON SATURDAY AT THE ROSEVALE SCHOOL FIELD UPTOWN AT THE XAVIER ESTATES. 

SOME 69 teams from all over Mindanao are all set to compete in the 2ndedition of the Friendship Cup Football Festival set to kick off today at the Rosevale School football pitch at Xavier Estates, Uptown.

All teams are advised to come early as the first matches in the seven age group categories will start at 7 a.m.

The tournament, is organized by the Cagayan de Oro United-Football Parents of Rosevale School, in cooperation with Rosevale School admin headed by Emma Rose Quimbo.

Eight small pitches plus the basketball court for Futsal will be used for the tournament for the Rosevale School football scholarship program.

Out of town teams joining include the Hyenas FC of Davao, DMC of Iligan, M-Kids of Malaybalay, Lantapan FC, Celestial FC, New Camp FC of Manolo Fortich, Holy Cross High School, Home Unite and Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School of Camp Philips Bukidnon.

Local teams joining are host Rosevale School, Higala FC, Magis FC, Merry Child School, Corpus Christi School, Xavier University, Montecarlo FC, and West City Central School.

Winners will get trophies and medals courtesy of sponsors.
